Ho ho ho! Looking for a cool DIY project for Christmas? Assemble and program this Poly XL deer, illuminated by colour-changing LEDs! Ideal for beginners and experienced makers alike!


This educational and creative kit combines soldering and programming skills, but in XL format. Start by soldering a few simple components onto the elegantly designed PCB. These components include decorative RGB LEDs that give off a warm, dimmed light. After soldering, the Arduino Nano Every allows you to program the LED colours and lighting effects. The Arduino comes pre-programmed with basic lighting effects. The kit is therefore ready to use, you just need to plug the supplied adapter into a power outlet. Of course, you can also write your own code based on the example code available.

Programmable add-ons
The circuit board is specially designed for the purpose of adding various add-ons. You can, for example, connect an OLED display to show messages or program the Arduino board to count down the days until Christmas! Or add a Tuya IoT sensor to control the project from your smartphone. You can even connect a sound sensor, a motion detector or a light sensor.
